Complaints about Serviceteam  

If your complaint is about a service that we have provided to you, please pay the undisputed part of your account (unless the balance has been collected from your card already).Then let us know within 24 hours of completion of the work. Please call your account manager in the first instance. The vast majority of complaints about serviceteam can be resolved at this level. If you feel that you are not getting the satisfaction you deserve, by all means speak their team leader.

If the team leadewr cannot help you - and the team leader will go out of their way to make sure that we can settle any dispute or complaint amicably then please write to at Customer Services, Serviceteam, 1st floor, 160 - 164 Gray's Inn Road, London. WC1X 8ED. Please make your complaint as detailed as possible and stick closely to the facts.

At Serviceteam we always try our very hardest to ensure that if we make a mistake, we rectify it. We want you to be happy with the services we provide and in the vast majority of cases our customers are. We don't want any of our customers to be in a worse position than they were before they called Serviceteam.

At Serviceteam we will always deal with you in a professional manner. But it goes both ways. We expect the same from our customers. When making a complaint, you'll get a swifter, more apologetic response if you are polite. We can understand that you may be angry and we can deal with that! But if you are abusive and offensive you will make it that much harder for us to resolve your problem and deal with your complaint. This policy generally works in all walks of life.
