We install garden lighting, garden lights, outside lighting, security lights and decking lights into gardens across London, inside the M25 and Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire & Hertfordshire.
Garden lighting supply & installation
Well designed and well placed garden lights can make your garden into an extension of your home. With modern lighting systems you can light your garden in any colour and with LED lights - even vary the colour according to the time of night, the weather, your mood or the situation. By varying the colour of outdoor LED lighting, you can create different atmospheres and ambience around the garden and enhance the look of your plants and trees at night.
Outdoor lights and design
Our Garden lighting designer can work with you to bring out the best of your garden at night. Sometimes it can be a difficult task selecting from the wide range of colours and styles on offer. A gredn designer will be able to select the right lighting for your outdoor space.
Qualified electricians for installing outdoor lighting
We only use Part P qualified NICEIC and NAPIT electricians for our garden lighting installations. A Part P Certificate will be issued to you upon completion of any electrical work undertaken.
Uplighting
Often used for trees and large plants, uplighting is a fantatsic way to provide emphasis and a focal point to any vertical structure. The uplights can be placed discreetly, the light soothed with glare guards to provide a subtle lighting effect or removed for a more dramatic effect. As you would expect, uplighting comes in vast array of colours. |
 |
Step lights and stair lighting
Not only do they look great, but garden lights can also provide extra safety by lighting up pathways and stairs. What looks like a shabby set of steps in the day, can be transformed at night with good stair lighting. |
 |
Moonlighting
By placing a spotlight or a number of spotlights into a high tree, the light can shine down through the leaves to create a beautiful moonlit effect onto the ground below. |
 |
Decking lights
A beautiful timber deck looks fantastic in the day. And by adding some deck lights it can look even better at night. Small LED lights work well and come in a myriad of different colours - ideal for illuminating your deck for a party. |
 |
Patio and pathway lighting
Patio and pathway lighting can be cut into the paving to shine up through the stone itself or placed above the ground on a pole. Both options look great. Obviously one is more expensive than the other! |
 |
Downlighting
Mounting a spotlight at height creates a pool of light. It can be used very effectively to light seating areas, tables and barbeques. It also looks great shining on a patios or driveways, or placed high on top of the house and used as a floodlight or security light, illuminating the entire garden. |
 |
Washing a wall with light and commercial outdoor lighting
Shine a spotlight onto a wall and 'wash' it with light. 'Wall washing' can instantly give a plain wall a new colour and a warm texture. We also install this type of lighting for commercial properties such as pubs, shops and restaurants. |
 |
Shadow lighting and plant lights
Trees, plants, ornaments - even sculptures can be lit to enhance their features, provide a focal point for the garden and create a soft warm atmosphere. The light can also make fantastic shadows on nearby walls. |
 |
Pond lighting and illuminating water features
Light your pool, pond or water feature to create a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. Obviously, the light fittings used in a pool need to designed to be submerged water permanently. Our lighting specialist will help you select the correct lights for this purpose. |
 |
Outdoor security lighting
A powerful outdoor security light can startle and frighten intruders. Linked to a Passive Infrared Detector or motion sensor, it can switch on as soon as it detects movement. An excellent security device. |

I was very happy with Richard's plan. It was very thorough and detailed. It was very well designed. In fact, we have the drawing of the garden in a frame on the kitchen wall.

We were both impressed with Alan's ideas and knowledge and we'd be happy to go ahead with a concept plan.

Richard's design is outstanding. I think the garden will look much better than we envisaged. There are some wonderful little touches. I would certainly like to go ahead.

I was very impressed with Serviceteam. From the very outset I received a professional service. The quote was well laid out and informative. The price was good. The team was friendly. The project manager - knowledgeable and helpful. The project and standard of workmanship was exceptional. I would have no hesistation in recommending them.

I've had a really good experience with Serviceteam. They are a very professional company. From start to finish, I felt like I'd been kept in the loop at every stage. And the final result is exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class landscaped garden. Once again, thankyou for all your hard work.

Last summer we decided to have the garden landscaped. A friend recommended Serviceteam. They had used them last year and said they were great. They came around to visit and I was impressed with Ryan - the team leader. He really knew what he was talking about and had some great ideas for the garden. Similar ideas to the way we wanted the garden to look. We received a good quote and finally decided on new lawn, a wooden deck, a new fence and a garden path.
The work started two weeks later at 8am on a Monday morning! The project was to last 2 weeks. I left them to it went to work. I gave Ryan a set of keys. I have to say over the 2 weeks the team worked really hard. Towards the end of the job until 7pm! We did have rain for 3 days during the project, which cost us some time, so the project finished 3 days over. But Ryan explained everything to me every evening - why there mght be a slight change to the plan, where they could save time. I really appreciated that level of communication and I understood the decisions we made were to keep the project on track.
Like any building project, there is a certain level of upheaval, but the site looked tidy every evening and the team were really considerate, understanding that what to them was a building site - was our home.
When the project was finished, it was a transformation. It looked beautiful. Just as we'd discussed and just what we wanted. Ryan explained that we needed to take some care with the lawn until it had settled and that the deck would settle as the wood expanded and contracted. But if there were any problems I should give him a call. Thankfully - so far - there haven't been any.
I think I've had a great service. I would recommend Serviceteam to anyone. In fact, I have already recommended several friends. If you are looking for the best landscaping company in London - look no further!
