Min charge of £60.00 up to 10GB
Data recovery can be carried out at your premises if all hardware is working satisfactorily (i.e. your hard drive is spinning properly), however recovery from drives where a hardware failure has occurred will need to be carried out by our specialist labs. It is not possible to price this type of recovery before assessing the extent of the damage - we will therefore issue you with a quote based on our assessment of how long it will take to recover your data. You are free to accept or reject this quote as you wish.
Hourly rate charges are billed in 15 minute intervals with a minimum charge of one hour
All prices exclude congestion & parking charges (unless a parking permit for the duration of the visit is provided)
All prices exclude costs for any media required for backup purposes (e.g. CD/DVD, external hard drive or memory stick).
Laptop or desktop repair will be peformed based on your acceptance of our quotation. If you choose not to go ahead with the repair the £60.00 first hour fee will apply.

What to look for when selecting a computer repair company

If you are looking for your computer repair or IT networking project to be of high quality, safe, efficient and cost effective - then you might want to take these points into consideration when selecting a computer repair company.

Do they have a professional looking website?
Is the company looking to be paid in cash?
Is the company VAT registered? If not why?
Remember: A company only needs to turnover £60,000 to be legally required to register for VAT
If they are not VAT registered they are either inexperienced or they are operating illegally
Will the company provide a fully specified, broken down quotation?
Will the company provide a contract and levels of service they will commit to?
Do they have a landline telephone number that they can be contacted on or just a mobile number?
Does anyone answer the telephone?

While there are many good computer repair companies in London, there are also some disreputable ones. It is prudent to ask these questions before committing or handing over any money.
