*** Terms and conditions apply. But as you know by now, Serviceteam is all about ease and transparency. So, without having to wade through small print here is what you will need to do to ensure that you keep the warranty:

• A power flush and magnetic filter must be installed with your new boiler. This is to ensure that your new boiler is not damaged by residue from your water supply or central heating.
• A boiler service must be performed by Serviceteam each year - this ensures that your boiler is working as it should.
• Keep your Benchmark service book in a safe place. It's a record of the service history of your boiler.

That's really it from your perspective. We'll fill in the Benchmark logbook every time we service it. We'll also keep a copy of the service notes on our database. As a Serviceteam customer, you will always have access to this through the portal. This is automatically set-up for you when you become a customer and a login in and password will be emailed to you. And finally, we'll remind you every year when your boiler needs servicing.

Our bespoke Customer Management System allows us to track every aspect of your job to ensure that we deliver first class service to you every time, and our customer Self Service portal allows you to manage every aspect of your account.

When you become a Serviceteam customer you automatically get access to your own Self Serve account. It allows you to pay invoices, store documents - such as gas safety certificates and boiler logs and will even provide reminders when important dates are coming up with regard to your property maintenance.

And as far as we know you won't get that as part of the service anywhere else!
