Serviceteam complaints and complaints about Serviceteam  Bookmark and Share

Serviceteam is committed to providing a fast and efficient resolution for your complaint. We have a simple and easy to follow process that allows you to do this. This process is designed to encourage the fast resolution of your complaint at the first point of contact. Our customer service team will do everything possible to resolve your complaint in the first instance. We don't like unhappy customers at Serviceteam!

If, at any point, you feel you have a legitimate dispute arising from your interaction with us, that you believe will not be resolved with the staff member you are dealing with, please ask the staff member to redirect the call to their team manager.

Step 1: Initial Contact

A Customer Service Account Manager has the ability to resolve complex issues and first level complaints. They can and do make fair and reasonable customer service decisions. Your CSM may also refer your complaint to his or her team leader if neccessary.

Our customer service team can be contacted on 0800 599 970, 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You can also email us here. Please include your full name, address, contact phone number and service details in your email.

Step 2: Referral to the Team Leader

If you feel that you are not getting satisfaction from you Customer Service Account Manager then by all means ask toi be referred to their Team Leader. The Team Leader will work with you to manage your complaint through to its resolution.

Step 3: Written complaint

In the unfortunate and unlikely event that you are not happy with the outcome after speaking to both CSM and team leader, then please put your complaint in writing and address it to customerservice@serviceteam.co.uk. Please put in as much detail as possible, try to remain objective and stick to the facts. This will help our Customer services manager to make an impartial decison. We may call you for further clarifcation but you will finally receive a letter informing you of our decision after 28 days.
